Our company has a strong R&D team, and owns 43 patents by 2025. We built an “Engineering & Technology Center for PM-motor Magnet” with Chinese Academy of Sciences. Ultra-high grade NdFeB magnets of N54SH, N54UH, N48EH and N45AH have been developed and been produced in bulk to meet customers’ demand.

These Zhejiang Manufacturing "Pin" Mark certified products stem from our Permanent Magnet Engineering Center co-established with the Chinese Academy of Sciences. ZHAOBAO's innovations empower over 60 countries across Industrial Automation, Automotive Industry, EV powertrains, Clean Energy solutions, Medical Devices, Smart Wearables, Industrial/Humanoid Robotics, Aerospace, and other smart & lightweight applications.
The 2025 smart production base, jointly built with China Northern Rare Earth (global TOP 1 rare earth raw material supplier), achieves annual production capacity exceeding 11,000 metric tons of high-performance NdFeB magnet, accelerating global sustainable development in permanent magnet industry.

Technology and Experience
We have a team of 500 people, most of whom have been growing up together with the company since it was established in 1998. They have rich experience of PERMANENT MAGNET R&D, producing and marketing service. Mastering rich technology with more than 20 years, at the same time, with keen market insight, to provide our partners all over the world with the most competitive products and services. We jointly established "Engineering Technology Center of PM Motor Magnet" with Ningbo Institute of Materials Technology and Engineering, Chinese Academy of Sciences, which is also the Ningbo workstation of Functional Materials Research Institute of Central Iron & Steel Research Institute, providing customers with strong technical support for PM motors and generators.
Quality Control
We are an IATF 16949:2016, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 145001:2018, ISO9001:2015 and SA8000:2014 certified company. From raw materials to factory inspection, we have the whole process of monitoring, using various advanced testing instruments to ensure the stability of products in all production processes, and provide excellent quality assurance for the factory products. In third-party laboratory testing, which is arranged regularly or irregularly by (our QC team) of RoHS, REACH, and other hazardous materials, the results are qualified and meet the requirements of the relevant directives.

While adhering to the concept of “customer first”, we have established a complete service system for providing our customers with the solutions.We have an annual production capacity of 8000 tons for rare earth permanent magnet. With “Long-term & Win-win” cooperation principle, we are very enthusiastic for new customers and new projects to provide with even one piece of sample. Production time for sample can be 7 to 10 days, and for bulk order can be 15 days.
